• Return Shipping Fee: The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect product shipment), the shipping cost will be covered by our company.
• Refund Process: After inspecting the returned product, we will approve your return, and your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Conditions
